Get in touch when you

• need help using the app or have a question about how something works
• have found a bug or something is not working as it should
• have feedback, a suggestion, or a feature you would like to see
• want to report content or another user
• have a question about your data or your privacy

Reporting a bug

So a problem can be looked into without going back and forth, include the following in your email where you can:

• the device you are using, for example iPhone 15 or Samsung Galaxy S24
• its operating system version, for example iOS 18.4 or Android 15
• the version of the Ahlan app
• what happened, and what you expected to happen instead

A screenshot or a screen recording helps, if the problem is something you can show.

Privacy and your data

Requests to access, correct or delete your personal data go to the same address. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected and what your rights are, and the Terms & Conditions cover the rules for using the app.
